I have been a residential roofer for over 20 yrs. This is the most unique roof I have ever bid on.Figured I would share the pics.It was -2 yesterday when I took pics,so it was a rush job.
holy crap that place is huge! looks like tile? and with 3 tab on the low slope! not exactly what i woulda done... never seen that type of corner guard on the last pic... pretty cool indeed! bet those skylights need sum work, it looks like theyve got a trough draining right behind em! hope ya get it man, love to hear more. you're not re-flashing those "wings" are ya?... you'd need a helicopter!
nice - tile in ohio though? I question that but it looks like an awesome job
I would love to see the inside of the house I bet it compares to the outside
I hope you didn't bid too low.... it looks like it's going to be a hell of a job IMO...
The normal is not always normal... MOST is not ALL... And any job can be hard if you don't have the right tools!!! My Fleet:
89 L 4spd (Daily Driver(if it isn't broke down)) "Spanky"
didn't think those alternative tile types came out long enough ago to need reroofing... you quote the whole roof job? they look like the kindof people who have big dogs... or dragons...

light a man on fire and he'll stay warm for the rest of his life.:faroah:
That looks really nice! Are you familiar with Soprema roofing products? I work at one of their manufacturing plants.
Ya that is going to be a tough job, but a really good looking job
