The Abominable Snowstiva!!!

I have been loving this snow!!. The big tires really make this thing a beast in the snow. I was going through fields and drifts that were almost halfway up the door.

Drifting and donuts around empty parking lots is a blast. I was getting some funny looks from ppl driving by.

I'll be taking it to my parents farm to pull sleds tomorrow. Will be my daughter's first time out sledding so I'm excited!! I'll be sure to get pics and vids of the offroad action!.

How was the wheel balance with all that snow in there?

roads are really bad so i only got up to about 45 or 50, and it was still smooth i was surprised, i guess its all evenly packed in there.

did you make the brush guard yourself or buy it. The car looks nice with the big tires and the paint job. I love driving around in the snow with mine.

I said I'd take pics of offroading the car, so, lol, here they are.



I was driving all over and doing ok, until I decided to take it through a field to get to the trails through the woods. I got stuck. So I let some air out of the tires and kept on going, and it was doing pretty well. the snow was deeper than I thought since it snowed a lot more over the second night of the storm. I was plowing with the intercooler pretty much.

Thats when I started getting into a little drainage ditch or some mudhole under the snow and she wouldn't go any further


So after a cold snowy walk...

...leaving a cold lonely festiva (lol)...

...it was time for the mrs to help get it out.

I didnt get any vids, sorry.
Here's my parts car. 89L carb'd. It will be getting fuel injection and put on the road soon to be my good mpg car.

Mommy got called into work so my daughter and I went out to have some fun
