    Finally, the finished work:

I'll eventually use some kind of better foam or padding for a one or two layer setup instead of three or four layers like I have now. Gotta make it easier to access the spare, etc.

And here's one more pic of a cute bicycle at OSU that I took a week or so ago:

    That's it!

Now on to my house Sunday, if I don't wimp out and stay lazy.

I used the foam to make the floor look better and more level. It cuts down on the noise you'd have without the rear seat and no padding. (Notice I also have HF moving blankets available for hauling stuff.) I need to get some larger sheets of more durable foam for a better appearance and utility, but this will do for now. When I do Twin's metamorphosis into Speedstiva, I'll probably be putting in a partial roll cage and maybe cutting out the rear seat supports, etc. After that will be time to do it right with the better materials.

I recall a custom Fiesta from the eighties in one of the car mags and how they did the rear floor and spare tire. I'm trying to copy that to some extent. I also need some locking storage though, so who knows how it will turn out?

Tulips! It's been fairly warm here the past week. Just the luck of meteorology, I guess! Ask the climato-biologists.
