  • New 1992 Ford Festiva L

Got her for $700, 112.000 km's. Too bad it's automatic, I would of liked standard. But no problem's with Betsy, new tires, muffler, timing belt, and some other stuff.
Thinking of putting cold air intake, new exhaust, (can you chip theses babies?). And new paint job. New sound system, and seats.
Here's a bad picture of it.

Paint damage on hood, and top. So I'll be fixing that once I got a job. (Anybody need website's made? ) Also gonna take the pink off of it maybe

Drove her only once so far, haven't got her insured yet, but she is sure fun to drive.

Where are you located? Someone close may be able to help you swap it over to a 5spd, if you wanted to do that. Good find! Keep us updated on the progress...
The normal is not always normal... MOST is not ALL... And any job can be hard if you don't have the right tools!!!

    My Fleet:
    89 L 4spd (Daily Driver(if it isn't broke down)) "Spanky"

A CAI will help with a bit of power and MPG. Forget about any kind of chip. BTW, welcome to the site.

                      Welcome!

Before anything else, check that small U-shaped hose on the front of the engine, near the distributor. It's usually rotten and ready to blow.

                            First things I'm buying:
CD Player, just a radio sucks!
                            Automatic car starter.
Little car heater, cause the winter's here suck!

That's all for now, then I'm gonna do some interior work, so I'll post pictures of once I do that

Sorry for the bad quality photo, cell phone camera is cracked lol.
Need's a car wash, and some rust work done on it.
Thinking about removing the back seat to add subs, or a bed (good for camping this summer)
Then hopefully soon a cherry bomb exhaust, air filter, and well see from their. Been to busy to work on it with the new job I got.
