Those look to be pretty good sized! I personally soak them in a bowl of salt water overnight. The next day, batter them in flour and fry them up. I don't eat them myself, but I have been told they are good that way.The normal is not always normal... MOST is not ALL... And any job can be hard if you don't have the right tools!!!
