Just thought this might be a good long term thread to find out a little about everyones vehicle history. I also just thought of a car that I've always wanted and wondered if anyone else thought the same.

Had:

1995 Oldsmobile Cutalss Supreme
Got it with 100,000 miles and sold it at 145,000 miles.
Was an alright first car at the time.



Mine was Quasar Blue!

2000 Pontiac Grand Am SE
Got it with 60,000 miles and blew it up at 130,000 miles.
Must have been an interference motor.




Have:

2005 SRT-4
Bought it in Apex, NC last April with 61,000 miles, now has 71,000.
Gotten me pulled over 5 times, 1 ticket for tinted tail lights and one for drag racing. I don't drive it much anymore.



1993 Ford Festiva
Bought it as a winter beater, it soon turned into love. Gonna need another winter beater. So many plans, so little time and money.

Ever since I've seen one I wanted one, reminds me of a swapped Festiva. For all who don't know please research them.

Had:

1979 silverado low rider banana yellow! Rotted in half
1979 F150 2wd V8, couldn't get it to run right because the year of the engine was unknown and we couldn't find the right timing chain and such for it
1989 F150 Mysteriously died, fuel issues, replaced everything, including every wire... never ran again.
1988 Festiva LX - $30 needed a headgasket and a battery. rotted out badly...
1981 Dodge D150 short box slant 6 4 speed stick - first one I drove on the road! was good to me but my dad offered me 800 for it and I had 400 in it so I sold it.
1989 Plymouth Horizon... paid $20 for the whole car, needed one part off of it, it was rotted bad... junked it.
1990 dodge shadow, 2.5L turbo swapped but autotragic... sold for that reason.
1995 Aspire 5 speed F-series and B8 - wrecked in canada
1997 Aspire 5 speed, resold when gas was over $4 a gallon, made $2k profit on it
1993 Mazda MX-3 rust bucket, fixed it up and sold it
1996 Aspire 5 door 5 speed... rotted out and puked out all its oil and died
1994 Mazda B3000 5 speed 4x4... rolled it a couple months ago...

Have:

1994 Aspire former BP swapped, now KLDE just gotta finish it
1995 Aspire 5 door, ugly daily driver.

Want:

1969 Dodge Charger Daytona!
New dodge challenger!
Rust free 94/95 aspire SE to swap my goodies from the rusty V6 car into.
New 3 door Fiesta or Mazda 2

Mine was built before the release of the car to the public.

Brought it back to life after it had sat for 20 years. drove it every day for 2 years where the 10 MPG gas mileage finally caught up with me. I still have it, but had to get a different DD.

Wow, kewl Thread! Lets see.

First Car - 1971 Pinto Station Wagon. Was lime Green, and trashed. Rebuilt it, painted it Grabber Blue, custom Graphics, built the 2000cc Motor up with Racing pistons, cam, header, Offenhouser manifold and Holly4 Barrel carb. Was a blast!!

Dont remeber the year now, but older Chev 4x4 Truck. Long Box Step Side, Built the 350 up, ran a 6-71 Blower for awhile, then switched to a crossram with dual carbs. Was running on 44" Tires. When i was YOUNG AND STUPID and Gas was cheap! LOL

Hyundai Stellar - Was a good little car, very reliable, and got good fuel economy.

Cavalier - was a piece of poo. LOL

1985 Toyota 4x4 Truck. - Taz's Toy. Custom box, and suspension lift. Was a good truck, had it for many years till the motor grenaded itself.

VW Golf - Okay car, but seemed to always be doing something to it, cost me a bundle.

My Current Car - 1990 Ford Festiva - GeekMonkey - LOVE LOVE LOVE MY CAR!!!!!

Would love another Festiva I could pimp right out!!
