Wow, wish I coulda gone. Had to back out last minute, hurt my back and went to the dr's office today (Wow, they're open 8a to 10p 7 days!) Got xrays and such, but everything looks ok, just strained the muscles. What really grinds my gears is I had finally talked my wife into going, even though she isn't quite as into festivas as I am. It looks like we woulda had a blast, oh well maybe next gathering.

There was a great turnout for the meet and the weather was perfect for the day!

As usual, we started out the meet with the "usual 2"...

mechDJ and I arrived first, although dj was there about an hour before me (when will he learn? )

Someone must've heard that he was in the area, because DCNR came looking

Then Amanda & NerdRacing showed up... I forget the other guys name (I liked the FJ Cruiser look though!)

Jim was getting the grill ready for some red hot meat...

                  Look, no hoodpins!

Festiva cake, later converted to a trucktiva

                  Arty/Festyboy

Grilled twinkie; nice and cream filled...

                  Some of the group

We called for "owner shots" and Aden ran right up to Pu241's BP car... I clearly see why.

                  George/mechDJ

Unfortunately, I don't know everyone (SORRY!!!) so I'll leave them blank and let people claim their photo. And I know I've met several of you various times... Sorry!

                  Chris/Walth

                  Daniel/Igorstiva

                  Michael/M715

                  Pat/Stivadiva

                  Amanda/Aglatfe1

                  Scott/Batstiva

                  And me

As always... This was a great meet... Thanks to all who came out, Carl for planning and reserving the Windy Knob pavillion, which as Jim put it, gets blown a lot...

Now we're waiting for details on the fall meet.

^^Amanda, nice pics. Somehow, I managed not to realize that you were there. Even when it was announced that "Amanda" won something in the raffle. :banghead: :banghead: Guess that's what 5 hours of sleep in 36 hours will do to you. Next time, for sure.
