  • First car! 93 Festiva L

Decided to clean up my Festiva a bit. I bought this a couple months ago as my first car and I'm pretty happy with the decision. I love the feel of the car, and how much fun it is to drive. It needs new tires, and a few other things that I haven't got the money for right now but despite all of the small concerns, it still runs great. I spray painted the grille black only because the red paint that was originally on the grille was terribly faded and pink looking. Any comments are appreciated.

Here it is a couple days before I bought it.

    And now

    BP, Aspire brakes, stock trans.

Very nice! Congrats on the Festi! Don't run it into the ground by driving it like a race car and it will last you a very long time.

                        Nice

Your car looks really nice, I was surprised how good the grill and bumpers look, I assume the bumpers are painted??

I couldn't read the odometer, looks like 117k, that right?

Mine has 49K and also is a very nice car.

No rust on yours, where did it come from. Not Jersey??

Haha, nice. The pedals were already on mine when I bought it.

I'm not sure yet. A funtop has always seemed like a good idea. Also maybe an engine swap once I'm capable.

Yeah, it's 117k miles. I bought the car from a guy in Pennsylvania, and he used it as a city car mostly.
