  • Tandem bike trailer end of the season

I scored a like new trailer on craigslist to haul the girls in. We strapped the old vista to the van, the trailer to the roof and hit the green-way. It is in Wasena park just a few blocks from the house. The bike path is mostly flat and follows the Roanoke river for miles. There are several parks along the way too. Family fun!

It's a relic! And weighs a ton. And needs some gearing selections. Ugh. But it's fine for medium slow speed cruising on FLAT surfaces.

Thanks for the thoughts on my wife. It was a rough time. She's back on now!

Paul those are great pictures, very professioal. Glad to see your wife up and around. It was probably a good time to get out, in your neck of the woods everything will so turn brown and gray with the first frost. That's why I live in FL. having grown up in PA. he he he

That reminds me ought to get ours out tomorrow. Got a trailer similar to yours at the thrift store for $10. Thought it had a bad axle but ended up being not seated right.. easy fix.
