I got a ticket last month......

It was midnight. No one else in site. Booom sneeze attack. Achoo Achoo Achoo, look up yellow light. I quickly scan the cross traffic... Nobody is there so I just keep going. Boom red light I'm just entering the intersection. See the lights in the mirror. Cop didn't find the story quit as humorous as I did.

Anyway. Fastiva.... That's awesome! and no speeding ticket.

I got a "speed racing" ticket, bc a lowered honda was next to me and poped his throttle at me. There was a cop behind me and he pulled us both over. I was doing 33 in a 30 mph zone. But bc I have sponsor stickers and loud exhaust I got a ticket, I've payed over 1000$ for my lawyer and haven't even gone to court yet. That's what happens when u get a cop who is an ass! So to help to not get anymore tickets I put a quiet muffler on and granny shift everywhere. I explained to the cop that I do autox and go to the drag strip to do my racing not on the street..... he didn't care obdvisly.

        EPIC FOOD FASTIVA!!!

About worse than the cop who wrote my 2004 grand prix down as a 1991 grand prix...... It's like dude, really? 15 years difference isn't obvious to you? Two generation changes? Lots of dumbanus cops around here........

my knee pads were on before his lights were on...the officer said 110+... which may be on the low side of the run... i was smoking a wrx by like 8 cars ...goes to show if youre really polite and be up front and honest police like that.... they here all sorts of bs excuses every day if you just tell them the truth they respond well... like when he asked why i was driving like an a hole through his city. i just responded that there was no excuse... im just being retarded. he agreed... very nice officer...

he kept asking if i was on meth.... i wanted to say i was on speed...about 120mph of it but that would have probably put me in jail and got my car towed... they tore apart what was left of my interior and had a drug dog sniff it for 10 mins. they also popped my hood and checked over my motor... after i signed the ticket he said he noticed my little turbo setup so explained it was legal he said he knew cause he already read my BAR engine swap sticker. and he said "i was wondering how this thing took off so G D fast". Never going over the speed limit in his town again...

im not fighting the ticket... i need a new windshield anyways and he was too cool for me to waste one of his days at the courthouse. even if the ticket is $500 ill just pay it and move on... way cheaper than a 30 day hold on my car at impound(about $3000, $3000 in speed contest fines, and the bail id have to post to go home.
I know its a piece of crap but im still faster...and its 100% legal!!!!!

UCC 1-207.7 go read it. It will save you a ticket or two. Unless you like paying tickets.

Nice on the "Fastiva" thing. I need to see if I still have my old warning ticket for having a taillight out in my Daihatsu Charade. I didn't have any badges on it and the officer asked what kind of car it was. I told him and he said "what?" He'd never heard of it before, so he asked for the spelling... I started spelling it and he said "nevermind", so it came out:

                  Make: hatchback
                  Model: other
                  No festiva for me ATM...
