    The new toy

    Picked this little guy up last night. its a 1991 GL 5 speed, 135K miles. Owned by a marine. His wife bought him the 2011 fiesta so the 91' had to go.

    Factory a/c, Power steering too.

    It's getting a BP in the very near future too.

    I'll get a few more pictures after the snow melts and I can actually wash it.

    1995 5 speed aspire. Gutted for the 90' auto.

      A few more pictures. I also plan to retain the a/c with the BP swap. The power steering will go.

          Nice! I bet you won't have any problems selling your PS setup, either. Rare find (but not for me).

                      Very nice, my daughter saw the picture and said that your car looks like mine. I said kinda, they made more than one. She said ok it's your cars twin. Anyhow congrats! Drive it stock!

                        By the time I get ready to do the BP swap I will probably have put 20K on it. I'm lazy like that.

                        I already had a BP laying around so why not?

                            Too bad your keeping the air. I am still searching for the A/C lines that go around the battery from a Festiva with power steering. Some day my princess will come. Just not today.

                              Hey Gestiva. I'll probably drop by this afternoon sometime. I'll be picking up some escort goodies at the yard today.

                              I'll probably be removing *that* a/c line and replacing it with the regular rubber one. It looks like it will be in the way of the intake.
