What are you using as far as hinges? Add anything to strengthen the door?"Lane, I've been going to this high school for seven and a half years. I'm no dummy."

to make a mold of the bumper it has to be gel sealed. then you lay on release agent and then lay thick matte on top to make a buck. once the overlay hardens and is reinforced, you then seal the inside of the buck with gell and then start making bumpers!Trees aren't kind to me...

Why? Then It might as well not be a festiva. That just makes it an uncomfortably small truck that handles like a car. I'd rather lower a ranger and have leg room. At least the "standard" way helps gas mileage and can still haul its share, but still keeps the feel of a festiva.Originally posted by ENEMY_ View PostPlease stretch the rear, I hate how the bed dosn't look correct.1990 White L-Plus 5-speed rust-machine

There is no correct way. Its all in the mind of the fabricator. if you seen this cruck or trar in person then you would say diffrent. Its a street truck. Not made for hauling or towing but speed. Once the BPT power plant is installed its going to be a monster.Originally posted by ENEMY_ View PostPlease stretch the rear, I hate how the bed dosn't look correct.
By the way the tailgate is going to be welded for body support.89L build thread http://www.fordfestiva.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=36422
