Took 2 weeks to powerwash, 1 day to spray house (11 hours) and 2 weeks to do all the trim paint. Finally got done a week ago!

I totally agree. I was like, "That's a pretty nice house. The brown brings out the trim and accentuates the brick but there's just one thing misTHERE it is! A Festiva. Yes, the house is gorgeous."In love with a MadScientist!:thumbright:

in KCK. In the city i am in the average lot price is $300 thousand plus

Around here, a house and building like Eric's on 2-3 acres outside of town would run about $235K, give or take. The average 2-story house, built in the early 1900's but remodeled, on a double lot would run about $85-100K....depending on the condition. $150K can get you a pretty nice middle-class home in an older, established neighborhood. This ones about 8 or 10 blocks from me, and I've always kinda liked it.
