I was out back in the driveway pulling parts from the Festy's when i hear this burly voice holar FESTIVAS i have one of those, well we talk shop for awhile, he has his dog with him that happens to be a Pit bull, not the stereotipical bad boy, very happy, playfull and not a pup. I saw this marking on the dog and shot a picture, tell me what does this mark look like to you.
