Fate unknown. Auto Body is a bit rough, but it is a GL, rear wiper, dual mirrors (manual) red pinstripe interior in decent shape (which I hear is highly sought after by some, might be for sale/trade), and of course lovely alloys Former AC car, missing comp and high side line. 154K on car, but the current engine is out an unknown Aspire. Runs pretty well, supposedly the alternator is locked up. It isn't. We took the belt off before running it just in case it was, and supposedly it was shreeking and smoking. So I'll put the belt back on this afternoon... and see if there is any problem. It will likely be back up for sale in a few weeks, but we'll see, it is an auto so wifey may fall in love with it. Lol

Hopefully better pics soon, still trying to get my new phone to upload pics lol.

From the pics, it looks to be in decent shape :thumbright:

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

It is in desperate need of a paint job and some bondo, the small pics don't do justice to the slightly wavy body lines in some places (though a new front driver side fender will fix about 65% of the body wrinkles). Completely rust free though, except the spare tire well, good bit of rust down there. I think the hatch was leaking for a loooong time and noone knew. Its dry as a bone down there now though, and the hatch seal looks to be almost new. I will probably cut a new well out of a JY car and rivet it in place since I don't have a welder right now. Also dug into the interior a little more. Both door cards have taken a beating, and the passenger side seat has a foot long rip along one seam. The carpet is out waiting for its turn in the washing machine. Tires are in better shape than I thought (not dryrotted) and will probably be useable until the tread wears down. Still not sure if we're keeping it or not. Because of how rough it is and the lack of some AC parts, I'd like to five speed it and make it my new Pizza Beater, and then drop a BP in Chuck for weekends and family outings. Or, since its an automatic, my wife may make me clean it up, paint it, and let her have it. But if thats the case, I'm taking Babystiva back and putting it back to a five speed. Regardless, we aren't going to have two autos, lol.
