            Great shot Marcus! I need to keep my camera in my car. I am all the time catching stuff like that, but never have a means of capturing the moment.
            The other day a storm was brewing right before sunset, the dark clouds were twisting and catching the sun rays. The most awesome orange and purple mix, all swirled together. I had to pull over to take it all in!
            Your pic reminded me of that. It does make one feel close to the creator.
            What a glorius red in those clouds. Nice way to start the day.

                lol...yup....mine. I do have a camera in the car but I took this pic with my cell phone. Have not even looked at the ones I took with my camera.

                  Reminds me of the old saying, "Red sunset at night, sailor's delight. Red sunrise at morning, sailors take warning!"

                      strange, all i can think of when i see that is the calculations needed to estimate the air density and deflection angle needed to get a certain hue as the light enters the atmosphere.

                      But ive been out of catholic school and in engineering classes too long
