Well , we don't know , yet.Engine may be seized , but, were going to put oil in cylinders and let sit a week .

Diesel fuel and trans fluid, a 50/50 mix would be another way to help it come loose.

Nice find Tony. My Dad had an old, black Honda "Dream 250" that was in almost 95% condition. I was just thinking a couple weeks ago how much I wish I would have bought it from my dad. Here's a pic of exactly what it looked like..

I don't know much about them, but I think the "Dream" models had the square headlights, fenders, fork covers, etc..

I still kick myself for not getting that bike from my dad. It originally belonged to my Grandpa. He had a rental house and the tennant gave him the bike in lieu of back rent in the late 1970's. Grandpa gave it to my dad and when I was in high school I tinkered on it and got it running. It needed a set of rings and the tires were rotten, but otherwise it was in excellent condition. Dad offered it to me about 20 years ago, but it was "just an old Honda", so I didn't want it, LOL. Same thing happened with a '69 Mustang Mach1..........I was such an idiot!
