  • Swampstevia lives up to its name

D decided that he wanted to make the Swampstevia a water vehicle. Not good this close to FMV. This was in the Gulf of Mexico and now it smells really bad.

Yep our Minnesota car. Which now lives in Florida. He just did this about an hour ago. Now he has to get the smell out since the interior was full of water. He also is going to wash down the engine.

shouldn't have to change any fluids if it didn't suck any water into the intake. Just going to need to dry out.

A really nice pick em up pulled him out and he let is sit and drip for a while. He did get it
started and drove from St Petersburg to Bradenton which is about 20 miles or so and it did ok. Lost a little power a few times but He was sure the distributor got wet. He now drove it
to the car washing area to hose it down to get the majority of salt water off of the engine.
He also disconnected the sensor under the drivers seat so that didnt short out.

Thankfully my car is running fine. It appears to have no lingering issues other than the interior is still drying out. The smell was so bad he had to clean it last night. Hopefully everything will be fine in the coming days.
