that seems to be on the front and all the way to the right since I see the axle back there. And that's the drive side. That's the reverse light switch. If one of those wires ever breaks (mine broke twice in a year -- now it's got a good 3 feet or so of e-tape to keep it from moving at all!) your reverse lights won't work.
the other is on the back side of the tranny near the engine and is the neurtral switch. Isn't it also the shift up on earlier models? Then once it gets to the final gear it knows not to tell you to keep shifting? lol

Sorry about the angle, I just stuck the spotlight and camera under the car and took the shot.
And thanks, yeah the car is pretty clean under there. This car was originally my mothers car who really looked after it and since I took over 6 years ago I've tried to do the same. But maybe it's the lack of harsh weather here, no snow etc that plays a big role.
Anyway thanks for the tip, if my lights ever go out I'll know where to look
