  • Finally, a new place.....

After getting caught up on some bills, and going to tons of auctions. I finally purchased a peice of property.

10 acres, 14x70, 30x50 shop with radiant heat...

This is after 3 weeks of working on cleaning it up... I can see the shop floor now, still a ton of work left to do. Move in date will be next fall sometime after renovations.

I will be holding some sort of festiva meet here in the next couple of years when i build my house...

      :wav:Congrats Wes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:wav:

      Nice garage!
What would you need with a house?
Garage has heat, power, and it seems to be insulated.
OK, install a bath and put flat panel on the wall and your done!

Plans to live in the trailer for the first two years and then build a house on down the road...

The shop has a drain in it to prewash before painting. I may sell the radiant heat setup in the future i have different plans for heating it. Propane costs to much to heat that in a winter...

Congrats Wes, looks like a fine spread, heck put on a Festiva work meet with the knowledge that it's to help with the clean up, work by day and Festivas at night.

Very nice! I see you included the munchkin in pic 1 for scale....

+1 on what John said. I'd live in the shop (building a little "house" section) as well as use it for a shop, and rent out the house. But John and I are single, so different situation.

Maybe a bunch of Festivians would help you clean out the garage if it meant you could have a meet there the following year? Eh? Eh?

Wes, they make those radiant heat units that use home heating oil /#2 diesel.

They also make waste oil furnaces like the 235K BTU unit I have.
Just have to find a supply of waste oil (crankcase, tranny, hydraulic, vegetable, etc) to use in it.
Have any idea were you might find that?

Congrats Wes !! Where is that located ? That white shelving is kind of pricey for the garage. 10 acres, time to plan a garden.
