Went to Boo at the Zoo ....

this past Sunday....I just loved these pics and had to post them....













my little freekazoid granddaughter was some kind of Dr. Seuss character so I am told. A multicolored leopard. Any way ...we get there and as soon as the van door opened she jumps out and starts walking around on all 4's growling and stuff. Laughed a bit and went on to the zoo...as we were walking I would see people laughing and pointing, would look around and there she was....walking on all 4's again. She did that throughout the while zoo and was not even tired after 3 hours of it....what a little freak....lol.

How appropriate! I think the book in question isn't a Seuss book, but one of the authors that chose to carry the style. If I'm not mistaken, the title of the book is, "You Belong In A Zoo!" Very cute. I wonder if she was playing with her spots, as per the story!

Book title is "Put Me in a Zoo"....you are correct it is by an author that follows the Seuss style and has the Cat in a Hat on the cover. The cat changes its spots at will....but does not play with them....he wants in the zoo but they say he does not belong and in the end the kids tell him he belongs in the circus because of what he can do and he agrees.
