      1992 white L, Bp, American racing 13's, stock trans.

        Interesting. Everything but the turn signal stalk and the clock have been ergo/eggo-fied. The seats look like Aspire seats. I do like the hatch too.

              It's a testament to efficient design and engineering when a single car body style remains largely untouched for 25 years. You gotta give credit to Mazda for that.

              I'm curious about the current Iranian engines; are they also a Mazda derivative? And through some fluke are these cars available in diesel form?

                Also a testament to the effects of the free market on product development. They could never get away with hanging a new grill on a 25 year old design here in the states.....well, except for the Fox and F-series platforms!

                    Ford seems to do very well at that. Panther, E-series, Ranger...it goes on lol.

                      We need to conquer Iran, then give them foreign aid to rebuild them....then the new secular govt will permit Saipa to export these cars to the USA.

                      I love that wagon! drool Wonder if they still do the rear-seat trick for the hatchback versions?

                      Not crazy about the gauge panel, but I see they have cupholders.
