They are not dead unless they are totalled, burnt, rusted in half, or owned by my neighbor Dwayne.

Wow, you sure give up on festiva's pretty quickly

        1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
        1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Parts may "die," but if the Festiva is not rusted or bent in half, it can go on living. Just replace the dead parts!

Here ya go; dead or alive?:

Aqua was merely awaiting her transplants, as you well know!:

There have been even more striking examples from other members, too.

when festivas break its kinda like this:

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
I know its a piece of crap but im still faster...and its 100% legal!!!!!

I'm not sure what this whole thread is about, if a festy is gone or not? But if you have a festy body with a sway bar and rear axel I'll take it off your hands if the price is right, don't need much else.

You know what would be a cool sport?

Get several teams of four people and give each team an identical Festiva to take all the way apart and then put back together again. For time, and to see if they run as well as they did.

I wonder how long it would take? I'd guess maybe three to four ten hour days for a good team.

I'm talking every part, every sub-part, etc. that could be done by a normal set of tools on assemblies that could go back together without being redone first.

Oh, and label each part with the correct name. That would look better in pictures!

safety me and my brother in 2 ten hour days could tear apart and re rebuild a complete festiva. Add shadetree to our team and could prolly do it in under 24 hours no problem.
