Here in Phoenix, it's common to see a truck or suv pulling another truck or suv through town, both loaded full of people, with garden hoses and shoestrings. For the longest time I thought folks originating from south of the border ( usually the people who are using this technique) had special powers or atleast mad skills. Come to find out, they do this so they only have to register one vehicle! The vehicle being towed is actually moving under its own power and the thread or piece of hay or garden hose between them just appears to be pulling the vehicle! Very smart! I have since used this technique to move cars I didn't want to register or insure!Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege. Driving is my passion, as it was for the people who invented the automobile, the people who paved the first roads and the people who continue to improve the automobile. Please respect this passion.
