What can I say, I'm poor both finacially and in time, to work the magic it takes to make a car look like that!
Maybe one day before I die and gasoline is still available, I can get one of the Civics on the road.

Speaking of failures, I seem to recall a commitment to getting pics of Subaru 360's for a another thread, which never seem to have materialized
      Know anything about that?:p

This car is a LOT cleaner than my previous yellow one, but it's far from mint, the photos just hide some of the ugliness. Check out this photo. Was after sitting for over a year and before I cleaned it.

Like most budget cars of this era, cup holders seemed to be an optional extra or just not necessary, which leads to a lot of spilled coffee & burned crotches.

Using two generic cup holders, I created one SUPER CUP HOLDER, not really, but one that looked at worked the way I wanted.

The ugly door hanger style (I used just part of the plastic to form the hanger on my new setup.

                        The result

I love your cup-holder mods! I also would love a civic like that for a gas-saver after removing that title from my festy.

This one isn't such a gas saver with the 1.6L engine with modded carb & who knows what else, but the yellow one I had with the stock 1.2 & electric fuel pump was VERY good on gas!

I also cleaned up the ashtray & modded it a bit to stand up my phone - Works perfectly as a digital speedo & odometer while my gauges are out of action!
