those playboy women would distract me from driving! lol! Sweet cup holder!
Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege. Driving is my passion, as it was for the people who invented the automobile, the people who paved the first roads and the people who continue to improve the automobile. Please respect this passion.

New headlights may be on the menu

For now, I stole the console from the yellow civic to put in the brown.

Here is what i'm left with. This boot hole, is this similar size to the festiva? If so, what rubber boots can I use to fill this hole?

                    Thanks in advance

Rakfint, are you stuck on rubber? I believe a leather or suede or even fabric shift boot would look much better.

So I had some idiot in an old truck rear end me last night.

I was stopped at a red light, he didn't see the red and stomped on the brakes & locked up the wheels, he tried to aim between my car and the car next to me and ended up sliding in to my rear fender / guard, thankfully, not too hard.

It seems the only damage is to the paint (aka rust) and maybe a scuff on the wheel. My bumper is sitting a bit crooked, not sure if it was already like that but I think I may send him a bill for a small amount just for avoiding insurance for him.

My door cards being tan in colour show up the dirt & grime in the vinyl wrinkles a lot, it's been bugging me so I today I decided to lean them up, here's 1 clean and 1 original.

Although the cleaning made a huge difference I still wasn't entirely happy with the result, it looked patchy and still dirty in parts even after a good scrub!

I found this vinyl paint, and although I didn't match it perfectly, its pretty close & the finish is nice and even which i'm happy about. At $30 a can I think I will live with it for a while.
