Call me crazy but I like it... I'm usually a fan of different noses on vehicles. Thats one of the crazy and random mods that I actually like, maybe even the only one. I really really want a 3rd gen Teg front end on my 1st gen Miata, with the round lights in the nose and no pop ups. I think an M3 nose would look good on a festiva, X-to-the-Z-biscuit on Pimp My Ride did it to an early 90s escort once, and it was cool
I like the look. But I'm not sure that's cadi parts there though, the only gm in the states that I remeber with that bezel setup was the 82-87 el camino.
^^ note the license plate and the OP's location... its not in the US

There's a "kit" for the M3 conversion. The headlights and grille are basically bolt-in on a Escort, though, because of the shapes matching (mostly).
^^ Yep, and besides the taller grill area a festive front end vaguely resembles a 91-96 escort. That's why I think a festiva could pull it off. Just don't have the time or patience for bodywork myself lol.

About as far as the 2000 Chevy Metro looks like a Cavalier, yes.
