EVO , Keep up the good work. Its always good to see someone think outside the box.
Just an observation here : I usually work within THE RANGER STATION to get answers and ideas for my project. The people seem to be much more positive and helpfull than here. For having the smallest cars, you seem to have the biggest attitudes. Is this over compensation ???

It's kind of like short man's syndrome around here. Most of us are laughed at for even driving a Festiva let alone modding one.. This thread is a prime example of the growth in modding Festivas. As new engine transplants, tranny transplants etc are suggested, the Festiva modding oldtimers, tend to say it's impossible or unfeasable until proven wrong.. again growth.
And of course there is competition between them however minute. But you won't find a better place for Festiva modding ideas anywhere.. Chances are if you see a modded Festiva, they've been here looking around at least once.
I think its great that there is a group that can bring new life to anything AND not take themselves to seriously. Thats why im building MONSTER FESTIVA. I figure if the rest of the world cant take a joke, they can at least have a laugh at my expense
Just seems that some of your people are pretty foul in their expressions and it doesn't fare well on the whole group.
If someone will give me an email address, I'll send a couple pics of what I have started building. Thanks Grizz
Some of us are pretty serious (including me) about Performance Festivas.. a 10 second Festiva would make a hell of an impression at the track. And if it were "pimped" the same reaction goes for car shows..
Oh and if I banned all these foul mouthed grease monkeys around here, it'd be pretty barren..
you can host photos on free sites like photobucket and link to them in here..

EVO, Good luck in all your creative ventures.
Personally, as I've said before, many times now, I've got nothing against anyone on here, not even those I argue with frequently. When I give EVO crap about never posting pics to prove the existence of his projects its only because A) i've been on auto forums for different cars for a long time, and as such know how many BS artists are out there. I don't believe hp claims unless I see a dyno, I don't believe that incredibly complex swaps have been accomplished until i SEE them. And B) I REALLY, REALLY, hope that EVO is for real, because I've love nothing more than to see a powerhouse like the concept idea would suggest, and i'm not a patient person. So as for attitude, yeah, everyone here can get one from time to time, some more than others, but a lot of times there is actually a good reason behind it, like noobs not SEARCHING for a damned topic before posting yet another "how do i do the B6T swap" thread...
a monster festy????? that would be bad ass!!! i love cars and trucks with lifts!!! are you gonna romp around the ranger station or in the woods with it ???
The plan is to desert race it in nevada next year. The terrible town 250 and Vegas to Reno are the most likely races. The body panels are at the fiberglass shop and should be ready in about three weeks . I'll try to pop some phone pics and email them for someone to post.
Yes, Many updates problem is I'm going to wait and do a full pic album. I want to show the car on the ground and running before i do a break down of how it got there. Its very close to that now, next week the final part comes back and later on that week should be on the ground and rolling.
Thanks for all the Patience it will be worth the wait.
