    It's only legal because it's an overlay. They haven't modified the actual photo. You can, however, remove those pictures, or never post pictures on that site again, until you're certain that the *calming down* ad-pushers desist from their overpowering tumult.

              I found it and see what it actually is.

              It's still weird and I'd either complain to Dodge, the website, or take my pics off.

              Was this method used for anyone else's pictures? (Nevermind, I see they did it to another guy's pics too.)

              I'd guess that the site itself allows Dodge or it's marketing contractor to do this on that site. Perhaps no one at Dodge even knows about it.

                    I think he posted the picture on a forum or something somewhere.. I was looking up a car issue on daGoogle once and saw a forum that used over-your-picture advertising on EVERYTHING.

                    So I assume Dodge buys a share of advertising on a website (or a whole host of websites they never look at), and whenever you post up a picture, it gets that overlaid on it.

                    Just guessin', though.
