It's only legal because it's an overlay. They haven't modified the actual photo. You can, however, remove those pictures, or never post pictures on that site again, until you're certain that the *calming down* ad-pushers desist from their overpowering tumult.

I think he posted the picture on a forum or something somewhere.. I was looking up a car issue on daGoogle once and saw a forum that used over-your-picture advertising on EVERYTHING.
So I assume Dodge buys a share of advertising on a website (or a whole host of websites they never look at), and whenever you post up a picture, it gets that overlaid on it.
Just guessin', though.
