Doesn't look like the typical f150 rust has taken over yet! I love the straight six old f150's great trucks.

I regret selling mine everyday, I had a 96 F150 I6 5speed Eddie Bauer Reg Cab Short bed with dual tanks. that was the best truck i have ever had and will own another one again, if i can find one in good shape, i had 2 cadence 6x9s in it and factory door speakers and that was enough sound for that truck. I am such an idiot for getting rid of it, i paid $300 and worked the rest off in 5hours, i had to put a slave cylinder in it after 6-7months (but that was it, besides the stereo work which i had $100 in with the headunit, and really didn't need it but i wanted to jam) and i sold it for 2600

Straight 6 for life. I have a 96 5 spd short bed single cab. Its never let me down. 230,000 still ticking replaced the original clutch at 215,000.

Where do you park it at night? Can you leave the keys in it?
I just laid my 99 to rest with 270,000 miles on it.

thanks for the feedback guys, I'm lovin the truck so far, although it does need both new tanks, someone went through the work of deleting the front tank, and now the back one has a small leak
