  • post your favorite color festiva/favorite festiva.

Pepper is due for painting, so its time for me to decide a color (right after bodywork). I like the white Festiva's but there are too many of them. She is red, but that limits my wheel color choices. I thought about a BMW green, or a darker yellow. I am noticing that Festiva's look better in primary colors.
    Anyways, on to the pics!

Festies like intense vibrant colors. I got rid of all grey or black except the door
window frame, antennae and wipers. I love the original red. I love 5 spoke wheels
and they go well. If I want either red or black could be used there too.

Don't be afraid to do something different, the general public loves it too,
there isn't a day goes by some stranger comes up and says "I love your car!"

This was unexpected but I like that too. I did my car for offroad use and
gave no thought about peoples reaction! Last time shopping after camping
the weekend in the desert with it some one wrote in the dust on my back
window...backwards of course so I could read it, "Love your car"

        Have fun!

I like the factory dark blue on my 88L.

Gonna repaint it soon the same color, I think. Was thinking about it the other day and I thought a wide white stripe (maybe 7-8" wide) with two 3/4-1" parallel strips (one on the L of the wide center stripe and one on the R of the wide center stripe).....all 3 stripes just on the hood, would look cool. Give it a little testosterone. Buying some wide wheels with kind of wide spokes to match that same look.

Good luck picking a color. I'm partial to dark blues and dark reds, but that burnt orange above would look cool, too.

I LOVE this look, too. One up-close photo I've got shows that the yellow is actually a metalic 'pearl' and has a hint of green in it; not just "yellow". Way cool.
