John does come down here on occasion, but this is not a picture of his ride. I'm intrigued to visit this Meet Rack, possibly invite God to the site.

Status update. God bought his festiva from a member of this site.

                          A "Space Pod" for God

When I first became aware of Festiva- I saw one in L.A. with a plate that said "Space Pod" It seemed appropriate with the back seat folded down- I thought "that really is a lot of space back thee!"

I later got my Red 88 at Sunset Ford in Westminster from an ad in the LA Times- $ 700 and 175,000 already on it- not long after that Princess Di car crash- Was it '97? So I called it Diana, although I also called it the "Coke can on wheels", cause iit was that exact color. Being single, I just took the back seat outr completely, and so it really was a "space pod".

Had to let it go summer of '11 when I relocated- 275,000 plus on it and still running quite reliably- but I had to choose my '96 Aspire and be gone...

another view- My house there in Trevlac Indiana was swamped with 7 feet of water in JUne '08- to the center line of those side windows- almost a foot higher than the van- but i got the cars to high ground- lost almost everything else, and the house...

Not yet, but it seems one of my friends is a good friend of his and actually sold him that Festiva. He will not part with the car, as I'm told, so it seems he has the madness.
