Okay so for my 16th bday my mom bought me this car because it was small, like me and well I hated it. I still kind have do. But It has it's good points. I want to get the window's tinted and a paint job...

I love the pics ,we all do .
But please read the rules for proper hosting of pics ,there has been quite a few people hosting pics that the file is too large ,and requires scrolling up ,down ,left and right to see the whole thing .
It is so much easier to have the page centered and just scroll down to see everything ,you are not the only one.

looks good, you planning on doing anything other than the window tinting? The interior is one of the cleanest I've seen. Whoever owned that car, they kept it up very well. Its just my opinion, but I think the blue paint looks pretty good.

The interior is pretty nice but I have noticed it is hard to keep clean. For some reason, dirt just loves it. I threw up one night in the passenger floor. It stained and is still there, but i cleaned up as much as possible. I really don't have the desire nor spare money to spend on a car that I don't plan on having too much longer. The guy who owned it previous to me drove it about once a week. On his day off, Sunday, he went fishing and took this one. Then when gas went up he drove it more and more. When we got it from him, for $1000, it had 87000 miles and now that i drive it a min. of 100 miles a day it has about 106000. Good gas though! Glad you like!

Why are you so down on your Festiva? And what made you think this was a good place to talk bad about a car that we all love, and that mommy handed to you anyway...hmmmm...A good looking, fuel efficient car, that has a TON of potential...Boy you got it rough man...ROUGH! :roll:

Not to be a pooper but I just do not like the look of it. My mom handed me a car that I didn't need nor wanted. I have and still do have the money for a new car, the one I wanted was a 2000 Z24 Cavalier conver. && I have/had the money for it and she just wouldn't let me get it. Instead her drunken decisions got me this. Granted it does get good gas mileage and is small... but it just isn't me, that is why tinting windows and paint job to pink will make it more me.

im confused, i thought you liked the car as you posted so many pics of it. i guess you did say you hated it, i thought that was in the past tenses though, as you are on this site.

a) be grateful you had a car handed to ya b) show a bit of respect to those of us that do love these cars c) sell it if you dont like it. im pretty sure someone from here would take it off your hands.

and if you are trying to convince your mom to let you sell it, you might approach the fact it has no airbags and is very light weight, and the 2000 so and so you want is better hauling you around from a safety aspect. good luck

Okay, I dont' absolutely hate my car with a passion that consumes my soul type of thing....i do like it better then I did when I first got it. I am warming up to it if that is what you want to call it. I would just much rather have any other car.... I just i don't know. I don't hate it. I don't love it. I'm at this site cause it's amazing how people love a car like that. I don't know. I wish being here helps me sees the good in the car, as you guys do.... But 16 and has been called close minded before
