anyone seen the "quadracycle pickup"?

I was browsing Florida craigslist
I came accross a ford aspire that would be great to own and drive
In a desert type climate.
This guy calls it the quadracycle pickup.
I was hoping for a ford aspire with 4 sets of pedals for gas free driving lol.
