Let it warm up and melted the layers of snow that had turned to ice over the past week+.
The car had a complete layer of ice over it.
I thought I was going to break the door handle off trying to pull it open.
Had to crack the ice around the door by pushing on the door to get it to move in and out. And once broken I had to let it warm up for a bit to create a layer of melted ice between the car and the ice itself.

Then after 20 mins of warming up the cabin I was able to slide the ice off in sheets.the ice on the roof and hood all came off as one piece. It was kinda fun.
And had to roll down the windows and pop the ice out from the inside.

Last but not least the ice front air dam :-)
                  Running 40psi.....in my tires.

Spent years driving in the snow and ice. Now, while the rest of the country battles the elements, I can drive around town on racing slicks enjoying 70 degree sunshine in February. Haha.

No fair! It's going down to -7°F tonight. Four of the five Great Lakes are frozen over almost 100%. Only Lake Ontario left with some open water in the center. How do you spell "popsicle"?

The scene of the U-turn crime.

Were you going to Hooters like the guy in the black car?

I noticed while driving around in street view, that all the cars and trucks didn't have one spot of dirt or rust on them.

I hate you for that. By the way, is that car in front of you doing a U-turn? That is illegal where I live.

u turns are perfectly legal here unless otherwise marked. I wasn't going to Hooters. I usually walk there so I don't have to worry about if I had too many drinks to drive. Rust is almost unheard of here, even the exhaust manifold nuts can be re-used on 50 year old daily driven cars (yes, I said right, people drive cars from the 50's and 60's here as daily drivers). I have used exhaust manifold nuts on my car, I've re-used them several times too. lol. Not to worry though, I do appreciate this fact more than most Arizona residents. I grew up in New England and have torched my fair share of rusty bolts, fixed more than one rocker panel or floor board hole and done the new muffler every year thing. I like it here though. You guys wouldn't believe how easy it is to shovel sunshine!

Looks so nice there. I wish I had a rust free festiva .....
all this no rust talk is making me wish I lived in Arizona to.
I guess some body has to work on the rust buckets up here lol.

Sad part is they crush 4 straight rust free festivals a month here. I wish I could save them all.
