  • Skeeter update thread # 5.5

    I wonder how many folks here even remember when I used to post updates more frequently…

    Here's a link to my last one: update thread #5
    And here's another intermediate thread.

    After that most recent thread it sat for a long time; I finished fitting the parts on and tacked everything in place slowly, but I was occupied putting a 2nd gen B6 in my red car, a B6t/G5mr in Steve's car, and then a BP/G25mr in Paul's car. So over the last few weeks I've finished up a bit more work on Skeeter… update thread #6 will be after it actually has some suspension and an engine again! For now this is just a little update…

    Inner fender patched up:

    Primer-d up:


    Bondo. Sand. Primer. Repeat x5. Paint!

          I've got quite a few not in that collection as well… plus I don't usually keep duplicates. I'll need to find a new place to keep them once Skeeter moves back outside again!
