Here is some new pics. I painted the door handles to match! I also had to repaint the passenger door and i had some rust on the lower driver side quarter panal. Rust be gone!!!! Almost forgot, painted the grill also. These are clickable thumbnails.

great job!, how did you get the paint to match so well? did you have a can charged up with the correct paint code?

I like the painted door handles! Is that a factory sunroof?

I got that sunroof out of a pontiac sunbird and i installed it myself .I had the paint mixed using the paint code off of the car, 1 quart of red paint was $140, its called a hot red. I had a buddy of mine spray it with a gun, he is a darn good painter. I was really surprised the paint match as well as it did most of the time there is a difference.

your car looks really good. the paint does match really well. i like the red accent inside also. its nice to have friends that are willing to help isnt it.

Sure does save alot of money when u have good friends. I help him on his car and he helps me on mine.

You should have painted the mirrors body color too!

I did think about it, but i still wanted the black on red look too. They would have looked good painted red!

hey, don't knock wal-mart. i may hate the place, but they're a good place to get cheap radios. although i got mine at best buy...hmm... :lol: :lol:
