Jerks lol love all the trees. There is a lot of hobby time showing on some of these festies. Not just nice shape. This festy is like new but the wife will not let it sell. How ever there is a turquoise one in the garage my son bought.

Full on show cars just sitting on the street, awesome!

I miss those trees. Sold the house and moved on. 120 years old and not enough money to rehab it. High noon in the middle of summer, you couldn't see the sun from our driveway. Sigh.

A Google Earth shot from this week. Three Festivas at our house... my red one and my daughter's silver one out front with the blue one I parted out last fall in the back.

and street view of my house as currently posted....

Ian !! the first satellite and street view, and the most recent!! Super beetle? They nailed you that counts. I raised my kids in a 74 super beetle and used a bean bag chair between the seats for a child carrier. Probably safer in an accident for kids than what we have now.

Google nailed me at about 9:00 this morning. I had gone out to get the paper and the google camera car was coming up the street. It passed by as I was walking back toward
my front door, I looked back at it as it was passing my house. So the next map posting you see for my neighborhood will probably show me as well as the three Festivas in the driveway.
I will check for map updates and post again when it shows up. The last update for my street was in May 2013 and it shows the two Festivas which I don't have any more.
