  • My First Festiva.

It's a '91 L. Nothing too exciting. It was a victim of some minor flooding we had a couple of weeks ago and the owner didn't want to bother with cleaning it or trying to sell it. It was supposed to just be a parts car for my girlfriend's car (she needs a gas tank) but I thought it was too nice to part out.

It's already got some nice new shoes.

Man, was it gross inside though. It smelled SO bad. I might still have to pull the dash out to clean behind it if the smell persists. The carpet is gone and I'll probably replace the seat before too long.

Anyway, thought I'd show it off. I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do with it yet...

those are rota rb wheels, or panasports.... i hate you, i have been looking at those wheels for like 2 months now and i am 1000% sure i am getting them. Atleast i get to see how they look on the car

if you can find the rota rb's the will go for about 500$ a set and the panasports... you don't even want to know

nice find non the less :!:

Every car I have owned has had a turbo in it, until I bought this latest festiva.. I plan to fix that though.

Looks like a nice car even if you have to redo the interior. And yep, love the wheels. If you part it out we'll all be fighting over the wheels!

The wheels are an Australian brand called Performance Ind. and the model is Superlite. If you google "performance superlite" you can find more info, but I'm not sure there are any U.S. distributors any more. When I bought them they were about $100 each brand new and they only weigh about 12lb.

They are 13x6 and they are the bolt pattern and offset for an unflared '68-'73 Datsun 510. With 15" and 16" wheels being the fad for 510s today, finding used 13" Panasport style wheels shouldn't be much trouble if you know where to look.

I bought the wheels for my 510, but it's not driveable at the moment. I just stuck them on the Festiva because the tires had good tread and they fit. I need to make some hub-centric rings for them before I drive it too much.
