  • My first Festiva

It only took me twenty-nine years, but I got my Festiva at last.

It is a little rough, and after getting the plates and such, on the way home the speedo quit, but I am still stoked to have it.

Better late then never. What year is it? Carb or injected? Automatic or manual transmission? I spent the month of February working in Portland, OR. Kelso, WA. sounds familiar, not far from Portland I believe. I was surprised that I always found a Festiva or three on Craigs List Portland. This Forum will be your best friend while you are going through the car and getting it back into a better condition.
Good luck with your Festiva and Welcome to The Forum!......Rick.
'88 Festiva LX 5 speed, A/C, Carb, restored $$$ body paint, badly wrecked @ 200k.
'93 Festiva L, 5 speed, Aqua, bought from the original owner,.Zero rust but very nasty otherwise. Awaits the B6T.
'91 Festiva L, 5 speed, bought to drive while putting the B6T in the '93. now B6ME powered.

From the grill, it's carb, and I would strongly suspect 5spd as it has LX mirrors.
        Trees aren't kind to me...

Driving for me is neither a right nor a privilege. Driving is my passion, as it was for the people who invented the automobile, the people who paved the first roads and the people who continue to improve the automobile. Please respect this passion.
