  • my b6t swap

    i have been kind of lazy when it comes to taking pictures and posting them i have so much fun driving it i forget to take pictures. its basically the b6t g25mr trans, -6 fuel system with modified fuel rail, magna fuel regulator, inline 255lph pump, aluminum battery box with battery in trunk, all new outer ball joints, control arms, rotors, toyo front tires, konig rims, the swap was done by a friend WTFman and me he did all the brackets and wirring vaccum, i started to do the mounts but it became a pain in the ass i dont know how to weld or own a welder, future plans are a built short block, OBX header, t3 turbo, stand alone computer,550cc rc injectors, aspire ssupension, phanton LSD,. the car is curently getting painted 06 ford gunmetal (its titys looks black from a distance and grey close up) after painting i need to get some wirring issues straighnted out the wirring is a mess!! and my head lights dont work!!
    at the body shop im going to try and have the bumper flush mounted

    the quarter panel no clear coat

    clear coated

            well saturday we put 4 hours into it. my friend the guy paiting the car had the idea of shaveing the hatch so we put a lock actuator in and installed the buttome looks titties




            this is before sanding there really wont be that much bondo there is a 22 gauge pieve of metal he welded around it.

              i had the same idea, shave the hatch and french the plate, looks good, can't wait to see finished pics

                I always liked the way Cam's car had that done, with the civic rear bumper to hold the plate.

                    someone was asking me about the fuel system it has a single sump i think it was 3/4npt with a -6 coming out which i ran into an off the shelf ff504 fuel filter to a 255lph inline pump up to a the stock fuel rail which i modified by welding a -6 fitting on one side and i fould a fitting to thread in on the other side and i plugged the hole where the stock regulator was.
                    and i ran the return through the old fed with a bulkhead fitting
