  • 1989 Festiva L My first festiva

Hey everybody. I'm not new to festivas, or new to the site. But I never really participated much before. I sold my festiva. and it really saddens me. I wish I hadn't done it.

But I figured I could put some pictures up to show everybody what i had. And hopefully I can find another one soon.

These are from the first week i had the car.

well my computer is being slow so I couldn't load the rest of them

    Why?

Boy, been down that road before. Looks pretty much like my white '88 carbed. Why in the world did you sell it?

Ok here's a couple more pictures After I had it for a while

I sold the car to try and help a friend out. which ended up not being a friend because he never finished paying me for the car. I saw it the other day. and its literally falling apart. He put Geo metro wheels on it and hacked up part of the suspension in the back to make it work right. The windshield is all cracked. and it looks like somebody dropped it in a big mud puddle and never cleaned it out. I at least took care of the car.

      but my rant is over.

They are from an 86 Toyota Corolla SR-5 its the RWD hatchback version.

They were originally cast aluminum. with a machined face and plastic Toyota center caps. I polished them up till you couldn't see the machined grooves. and then decided I liked the paint better and painted them

They are 13x5" wheels not sure of the offset, but its more of a FWD offset anyway. with a 4x114.5mm bolt pattern. and the center bore was perfect.

I put wheel studs and open end lug nuts on the car from Summit racing. because you couldn't use a tapered lug nut on them.

Here's a pic from some point after owning the corolla and before I realized they would fit on the Festiva.
