Trying to get the pic uploaded

I,m having problems uploading the pic of my first festy on the site,i have went to image shack and have created a profile but cant seem to figure out how to do it..

Start off by going here ..

Then click the resize button and choose the message board size ..640X480
The upload it , after it up loads then click on the Forum hotlink 1 , copy it and then paste it in your thread .

I had a hard time figuring out how you loaded the link you had , but it will not resize any bigger , but at least you have a pic now .
