They did rub with the lowered springs. I switched to 165/65/14 and now have 50 miles on them with some bumps and hard turns and only once did the rub in the back on a real big dip in the road.
They do look nice. I looked around on the VW forum for jazz blue pics and saw a few with painted wheels. Not going to paint mine though since they are in good shape.
