        Campers like that are called "Toy Haulers". They have a space in the back for things like ATVs, Motorcycles and the like....my guess is someone had one modified to take there daily car around when they go on trips.

          That is cool , I would think they would have a cover to go over the hole , while driving .
          A little different than a toy hauler I have seen , it just looks like they cut a hole in the back of a motor home in the shape of the car :lol: :lol:
