i just realized what those look like...they look like a 66 chevelle with a karmon ghia roof. Nice car it looks clean. Is there a v8 swap in the near future

The back end reminds me of the 67 camaro a little bit. No swap for this one. I just want to use this one to get to a 67-68 couger. It's a small flat 6 cylinder with dual carbs. It has the corvette 4 link suspension so it handles great. I've seen front and mid engine v8 conversions. This ride has a lot of potential. It does run great too. It needs a complete interior, body work, and paint.

Thanks, find a cougar for me! I'll trade it for a good looking 67-68 that needs a motor and or trans. I like mechanical work, but I don't like body and paint.

My folks drove us around in a white convertible Corvair w/red interior when I was a kid. They bought it new. Don't know what year it was.

Some of those corvairs came supercharged from the factorie,got a few friends used corvair motors to build trikes

I knew they came turbo charged (first factory turbo cars I could find), but I never heard that any were supercharged.

The Oldsmobile F-85 Starfire was turbocharged in '62 or '63. I think it was the first American turbocharged car............

Kool Kraig! That's the info I like to get a hold of. I used to think the turbo bmw's from the 70's were the first until I found out the corvair was turbo. I'll check out the starfire. I drove the corvair this morning. It's cool. It's the oldest car I've ever had by 5 years. It's 5 years older than me!
