            Oh my bad I thought that was all the black tar that I just got done tearing out of my car, well whatever it is don't forget to take it out, it weighs more than most of the stuff you removed.

                What did you use for the bumber mods?
                1986 Comp Prep SVO Mustang(1 of 83) Four cylinder turbo! (Think first Fox body "R" model!)
                1995 F-150 Extra Cab and it was free!
                1991 Festiva L, Surf Blue with A/C
                1995 Jeep Cherokee 2wd 5 speed 4.0 and it was free!
                1993 Aqua Festiva and it was cheap!
                1994 Brake Swap and it was cheap!
                1969 Ford F100 Big Block Ranger and it was free! (coming 2/12)

                  square style s10 front lower valance for the front, and a 91-94 explorer front lower valance for the rear.

                      Yeah it does look cool, I have seen alot of people do the same thing but with that plastic trim from home depot or lower, I think this looks alot cleaner sense it was meant to be a lip in the first place.

                          Whats this black tar your mentioning? If its in the 92 L, i want to know where it is and how i can get it out

                            13" inch wheels enkie...you probably never find a set....as far as the "tastefully done lip" you can make a trip to your local junkyard and find a s10 front valance.

                              Every car has this black tar on the floorboard you can locate it by lifting up the carpet...
