That looks basic enough. I guess the dimensions and shape are everything.

            Here are the measurements.
The width is 13 1/4" outside and 12 3/8" inside (side to side)
The depth is 9 7/8" outside and 7 1/2" inside (front to back)
And it is 4 1/4" deep.

I measured my '90LX seat tray brackets and the Mazda tray. The Mazda tray appears to be the same size as the Tracer tray that came with my Tracer seats I picked up yesterday.

The width of the Festiva brackets is 14".

The width of the Tracer/323 brackets is only 12". So the Mazda/Tracer trays will not fit the Festiva's. The further dimensions of this smaller tray are: 11" wide X 8.5" deep X 2" high. Pretty small.

Let's see if Brian can get the Festiva tray dimensions.

                    '91L "AquaMutt" my '91L; B6 swap/5 speed & Aspire brakes, DD/work car
'92L "Twinstiva" 5sp, salvage titled, waiting for repairs...
                    '93GL "Luxstiva," '94 B6 engine & ATX; needs overhauled
'89L "Muttstiva," now a storage bin, future trailer project
