When I brought my go cart home I carried it on top of a festiva. Much less weight though. I did carry a 580 lb mercedes inline 5 turbo diesel engine in the back on the laid flat seat. She was sqattin'!

Just about. I backed a festiva into a ditch in the yard. That put the back bumper on the ground. Then I put a huge riding lawn mower in it the back. It hung out the back a little, but I drove around with it. I also carried a nighthawk 250, a suzuki 350 thumper street bike, and a 175 yamaha scooter. One at a time of course.

Heaviest thing I ever carried was my B6 swap engine from the 'yard where I bought it. I couldn't get them to deliver it, so I had to. They put it in with a fork and I got it out with my engine hoist when I got it home. The weight sagged my back end a bit but otherwise worked well!

Kinda nice hauling your own stuff, actually. INDEPENDANCE!!

Now I need to attach that trailer hitch and find a little trailer for serious parts hauling.
