Is these engine Toyota 20Valve engine 1.6L required lot of welding with metal and mounts?

yes it did, according to the owner. the swap included the front suspension of the donor car...a jdm toyota corolla levin.

I see...lot of works and something different with engine. I rather go with Mazda b series engine for little more easy.

Those bumpers are shorter on that last one. Must not have our crash testing specs?
